How does Loom licensing work?
Loom is licensed per creator: everyone who records or manages videos needs a paid seat, and viewers don’t. Business and Business + AI are billed monthly or annually per workspace, and Enterprise is priced by volume. Loom also comes with Teamwork Collection, licensed per user alongside Jira, Confluence and Rovo.

Is Loom cheaper in a Collection?
It can be. Atlassian’s Teamwork Collection bundles Loom, Jira, Confluence and Rovo agents in one per-user subscription, with far more Rovo credits, and its Premium and Enterprise editions add Atlassian Guard Standard. It fits best when the same people use several of these apps. We can price out both options for you.

No. You pay the same price as buying directly from Atlassian, or less. Atlassian rewards partners for the services we provide, so you don't pay extra for our help.
Do viewers need a Loom license?
No. Only people who record or manage videos, Creators and Admins, need a paid seat. Anyone can watch, comment and react without one.
Is Loom part of our Atlassian account now?
Yes. Atlassian has been moving Loom workspaces onto Atlassian accounts since August 2025, so billing and users live in Atlassian Administration, next to Jira and Confluence.
Does Loom include single sign-on?
Loom Enterprise includes Atlassian Guard Standard for single sign-on and user provisioning. On Business plans you can add Atlassian Guard as a separate subscription.
Can you co-term Loom with my other Atlassian products?
Yes. We can align your renewal dates so Loom, Jira, Confluence and your other Atlassian products renew together on one invoice.
