Test Migration
A test migration was conducted during the Cloud trial. This validated the migration assistant’s capabilities and showed that no major hurdles were to be expected — giving the team the confidence to proceed.
Detailed Migration Planning
A concrete project plan was developed specifying which tasks would be handled manually versus automated. The plan was then executed step by step, with close coordination between the Seibert and VR Payment teams.

After the successful migration, VR Payment can access a smoothly scalable, data-protection-compliant cloud solution that teams adopted quickly. The many new Cloud features and simplified centralized user administration were met with enthusiasm across the organization.
