Four building blocks, all open source, all under your control

Overview of Seibert Group's AI stack: access layer, CLI and branded client

A first look at the four building blocks

The goose on board: your own branded appThe engine room: SeibertGPT, our own model server in the EUThe harbour master: Weldall governs what agents may accessThe shipyard: citizen developers build their own appsHow the pieces fit together: prompts go to the model, company data goes through Weldall, tokens stay on the device

At Atlassian Team ’26 Europe in Amsterdam, we showed customers how we work with AI agents — live, without slides, with our own 400 people. The slots filled up within a day.

We didn’t plan it as a campaign. We invited a couple of dozen customers who were in Amsterdam anyway to a 20-minute session and expected a handful of takers. Both mornings were fully booked before 10 a.m.

Then two things happened. Customers who came told other customers, and those asked for the slides and a recording. So I recorded a 24-minute walkthrough in my hotel room — in English, because a good share of the questions came from people who don’t work in German.

This post is the written version of that walkthrough: what we run, why it is sovereign, and what your team could build with the same pieces. It’s a snapshot of where we stand in October 2026. The walkthrough video, the slide deck behind the demo, and the full detail are one sign-in away — free, one email.
