The Atlassian Teamwork Collection brings together essential Atlassian tools designed to help teams collaborate, plan, track, and deliver work more effectively. As organizations explore this bundled offering, questions often arise around pricing, licensing, and value. This guide answers the most common questions related to Atlassian Teamwork Collection Pricing and licensing to help you make an informed decision.

What Is the Atlassian Teamwork Collection?

The Atlassian Teamwork Collection is a curated bundle of Atlassian’s most popular collaboration and productivity tools, typically including:

    • Jira - for project and issue tracking
    • Confluence - for documentation and knowledge sharing
    • Loom - for async video communication
    • Rovo - AI teammate

The collection is designed to reduce tool sprawl, improve cross-team collaboration, and provide better value compared to purchasing each product individually. In addition to these tools, Teamwork Collection includes all Atlassian platform apps, including Home, Goals, Teams, Studio, Search, Chat, Analytics, and Admin.

    Atlassian Teamwork Collection Pricing Overview

Atlassian Teamwork Collection Pricing is based on a per-user, per-month subscription model. The exact price depends on the number of users, subscription tier (Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise), and billing cycle (monthly or annual). Atlassian’s pricing structure makes cost forecasting easier for growing teams. Here is a pricing example for each subscription tier based on 300 users billed monthly. A standard plan costs $13.08, and a premium plan costs $28.08.

    What Subscription Tiers Are Available?

The Teamwork Collection generally aligns with Atlassian’s Cloud tiers:

    • Free Designed for small teams getting started, the Free plan includes essential project management, basic knowledge sharing, limited automation and storage, and entry-level video recording features. It’s ideal for lightweight collaboration with minimal admin needs.

    • Standard Built for growing teams, Standard adds unlimited projects, dashboards, reports, HD video recordings, higher automation limits, and increased storage. This tier supports more structured teamwork and day-to-day operational scale.

    • Premium Best suited for complex and cross-functional teams, Premium introduces advanced planning capabilities such as cross-project dependencies, capacity management, unlimited whiteboards, AI-powered knowledge management, expanded automation per user, and enhanced admin controls.

    • Enterprise Designed for large organizations, Enterprise delivers enterprise-grade security, compliance, analytics, and performance. It includes unlimited automation and storage, multi-site support, centralized administration, advanced data and analytics tools, and the highest uptime SLAs.

Pricing increases with each tier, but so do collaboration depth, security controls, scalability, and administrative capabilities—allowing organizations to choose the plan that best fits their size and complexity.

Is the Teamwork Collection Cheaper Than Buying Separately?

In most cases, yes. Atlassian Teamwork Collection Pricing is intentionally designed to be more cost-effective than purchasing Jira, Confluence, Loom, and other included tools individually. What are the benefits of the bundle?

    • Lower total cost of ownership

    • Simplified procurement and renewals

    • Unified user management and billing

    • Access to tools teams may not have adopted individually

For organizations already using multiple Atlassian products, the collection often results in immediate savings.

Take a look at our comparison PDF which compares the Teamwork Collection to purchasing each product individually, and can help you determine if the Teamwork Collection is a good fit for your organization.
